Get to know us 

Hi there! We’re Anna and Emily — sister-in-laws, best friends, and the hearts behind Iron & Rose Events. We live in Wasilla and Palmer, Alaska, where we both spend our days chasing kids, drinking too much coffee, and serving Jesus. 

 

Emily is married to Paul, and together they have four wonderful kids. Anna is married to Jimmy, and they have three amazing kids of their own. As stay-at-home moms, we’ve seen firsthand how important community and connection are — not just for families, but for everyone who’s trying to follow Jesus in today’s world.

 

We started Iron & Rose Events because we noticed a real gap for Christian singles in our community — a need for a place where people could meet others who share their faith, values, and desire for something genuine. Our goal is to create a fun, God-honoring space where friendships can grow and maybe, just maybe, a few love stories can begin too.
